Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of December , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-753
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SOFTWARE CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR QUANTITATIVE COMMUNITY ANALYSIS
ELEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM
GENERAL FUND (101-000-390) TO PLANNING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ACCOUNT
(101-120-810)
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution #77-568 has approved the Work Program
for the Comprehensive Plan Update; and,
WHEREAS, Software Consultants, Inc. has submitted a contract for review by the City
for performance of the Quantitative Community Analysis element of said Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said contract and finds it to be in substantial
conformance with the adopted work program for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, authorize the City Manager to execute
the contract with Software Consultants, Inc. for performance of the Quantitative
Community Analysis element of the Work Program for the Comprehensive Plan Update
in accordance with said adopted program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following appropriation be made to fund said element
and that $3,500.00 of Community Development Revenue Sharing Funds be transferred from
the General Fund (101-000-390) to Planning Contractual Services account (101-120-810)
for said purpose.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof, Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils_
and Seibold
the following vote against or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
