The following members were present: MayorMi]de. Counrj men Hunt, Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth Councilmen Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-752 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF "EAST STREET" PARALLEL TO ZINNIA LANE AND NORTH OF 18TH AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Carlson Properties has petitioned the City Council for vacation of East Street parallel with Zinnia Lane north of 18th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of January 9, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the administrative Staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted ,n tavor thereof: flavor Hilde.
