Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of December , 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Wlde. Councilmen Hunt. Ne and '.�Cihnld
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-749
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 for the general contractor for the City Hall
building project has been prepared by Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 2 General Contractor in the amount of $36,360.00 to H. P. Droher
& Sons, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils
. and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
