Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was held on the
19th daffy of December , 1977 . The following members were

The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its ad -option:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-747
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 605-002
LANDSCAPING WATER RESERVOIR NO. 4
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by the City Engineer and
is recommended for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $360.00 to Natural Green Inc. for Project
No. 605-002, Landscaping for Water Reservoir No. 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Counci_'men Hunt. Neils
and Selbgld`
