Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was lield on the
19th day of December , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved fts adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 746
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 605
STANDPIPE WATER TANK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4
in the amount of $26,067.50 to Brown Minneapolis Tank Company for Project No. 606,
Standpipe Water Tank improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rego cation was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vcte being taken it1ere0n, the
following vo n favor thereof: Mayor Hilder Councilmen Hunt. Neill
The following vo against -or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and Adopted.-
