Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of December , 1977 The following members were
present: Mayor �Jlde. Hun anti ';Aihnld
The following members were a sent: Councilman Spaeth,
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-745
CHANGE ORDER M-1
FIRE STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, Change Order M-1 in the amount of $237.50 has been prepared and recom-
mended for adoption by the City Council by Bergstedt, Wahlberg, Bergquist,
Rohkohl, architects for Fire Station No. 2:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order M-1 in the amount of $237.50 be and
the same is hereby approved.
AND FURTHER that the original contract in the amount of $48,875.00 be amended
by the addition of Change Order M-1 to $49,112.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Yo e n favor thereof, Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seibold
