R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-279
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING AN E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR
D RIVEWAY IN O UTLOT A, H ERITAGE R IDGE
WHEREAS, a driveway was constructed on City property in Outlot A, Heritage Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the benefiting property is legally described as: Lot 6, Block 2, Heritage Ridge;
and
WHEREAS, the City requires an encroachment agreement to allow encroachments
within City property; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits the removal, creation, use, and
maintenance of the driveway within the encroachment; and
WHEREAS, per the encroachment agreement, property owners are fully responsible and
liable for any and all damage to the driveway and all maintenance or repair required.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement that will allow the driveway
encroachment in Outlot A, Heritage Ridge is approved.
