C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-277
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING M ONIES TO R ESOURCE P LANNING F UND
FOR IT M ONIES RELATED TO C ITY W EBSITE
WHEREAS, the City budgeted $27,300 for a software project related to the website and
communications in 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City has adjusted priorities and workloads amidst the COVID-19 pandemic; and
WHEREAS, the software will not be implemented in 2020 and therefore the funds will go unutilized
for their intended purpose in 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City has an established process for creating designations within the Resource Planning
Fund for the purpose of preserving funds that may extend beyond a fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that $27,300 shall be directed to a Resource Planning Fund for use in refreshing the city
website in 2021 or 2022.
