R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-272
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR
M ONUMENT S IGN IN T HE F IELDS O F N ANTERRE 2 ND A DDITION
WHEREAS, The Fields Of Nanterre Homeowner’s Association has requested the City to approve
an encroachment agreement allowing construction of a monument sign within drainage and utility
easements in The Fields Of Nanterre 2nd Addition development; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as:
Outlot A, The Fields of Nanterre 2nd Addition.
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the monument sign within the easements
and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement allowing the monument sign within drainage and utility
easements The Fields of Nanterre 2nd Addition is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of October, 2020.
