Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held�on tie 19th day of December 19 77. The following mamhom were present: Mayor Hilde, ounce men Hunt Nees and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-738 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FOR SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD APARTMENTS (A-283) COUNTY ROAD 6 AND HIGHWAY 101 WHEREAS, Kenneth Schiebe, developer of Schiebe's Oakwood has entered into a Development Contract with the City of Plymouth (A-283), dated June 5, 1972, pursuant to City ordinance and has agreed to complete certain improvements on 14th Avenue, and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed certain utilities and street improvements on 14th Avenue west of T. H. 101, and WHEREAS, the City has inspected said improvements and find them to be in accordance with the plans and specifications except for some minor corrective work which will be taken care of in the spring of 1978, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Development Bond for the improvements on 14th Avenue tui' the first phase of the apartment development is hereby reduced to $6200.00 to reflect the completed work. The $6200.00 gill cover the following: 1. Repair low point catch basin on the south side of 14th Avenue ......................................... $ 500.00 2. Adjust manholes and gate valves to final surface elevation.............................................. 500.00 3. Street signs, boulevard sod, & cleaning & sweeping ofstreets ............................................. 1800.00 4. Complete final bituminous wear course .................. 3400.00 TOTAL: 6200.00 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo n fayor thereof. Mavor Hilde Councilmen Hunt. Neils The fiSeibold llowin voted against orabstained; Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
