Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a T_�r g later _ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of December , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Seibold
The follow ng members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-737
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR NAMEPLATE SIGN FOR MINNESOTA TORO, INC. (A-674)
WHEREAS, Minnesota Toro, Inc. has requested a site plan amendment for a nameplate
sign to be located on their site at 14900 -21st Avenue North of 36 sq. ft.; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has ~eviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, 9E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Minnesota Toro,
Inc. for a site plan amendment for a nameplate sign to be located on their site at
14900 -21st Avenue North of 36 sq. ft. provided that said sign be placed no closer
than 20 ft. from the front property line.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
