Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heli on the
19th day of December , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Coupcilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: rnunrilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-736
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WHITTAKER METALS FOR ADDITION OF SIGNS TO SITE (A-637)
WHEREAS, Whittaker Metals has requested a site plan amendment for their site located
at the northwest corner of Xenium Lane and County Road 15 for two signs, one 44 sq. ft.
and one 36 sq. ft. for nameplate purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Whittaker Metals
for site plan amendment for their site located at the northwest corner of Xenium
Lane and County Road 15 for two signs, one 44 sq. ft. and one 36 sq. ft., for nameplate
purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman N ils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
