The following members were present: Mayor H' de Councilmen unt Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Cminrilplan Snaath lunt introduced the following Resolution and move is i adopt i on: RESOLUTION #77-735 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EVER -GREEN LAWN SERVICE (HELENVILLE REALTY) (A-782) WHEREAS, Ever -Green Lawn Service (Helenville Realty) has requested a conditional use permit to operate a lawn care service in 10,400 sq, ft. of a 37,800 sq. ft. structure located at the southwest corner of Industrial Park Boulevard and East Center Circle; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Ever -Green Lawn Service (Helenville Realty) for a conditional use permit to operate a lawn care service in 10,400 sq. ft. of a 37,800 sq. ft. structure located at the southwest corner of Industrial Park Boulevard and East Center Circle subject to the following conditions: 1. All storage of products, waste, waste containers, company vehicles and equipment shall be inside of the primary structure. 2. Discharge of chemicals to sanitary or storm sewers shall be prohibited. Acci- dental discharge shall be reported to the City of Plymouth immediately. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman i , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote to!favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils The fdSibld ollowing vote against orabstained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa!%Sed and adopted,
