Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, N(innesota was a on t e

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION N77-734
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR R. M.
PATCH (A-763)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for R. M. Patch
by Resolution f77-733;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following condition to be
met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
Provision of a 6 ft. utility and drainage easement either side of the new lot line
between said parcels.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman y ibold , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seibold _ ,
The following voted against or abst4ined; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopre
