Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
December , 1977 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-733
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR R. M. PATCH FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY (A-783)
WHEREAS, R. M. Patch has requested a lot division/consolidation of unplatted property
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are
approved by Hennepin County:

43733 7320 That part of the West half of the South half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
33, Township 118, Range 22 lying north of the south
110.00 feet thereof.
43733 7310 The South 110.00 feet of the West half of the South
half of the South half of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 118
Range 22.
To be divided and consolidated into the following parcels:
Parcel A
That part of the West Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 33, Township 118, Range 22 lying northerly of the south 110.00 feet
thereof; AND, the East 300.00 feet of the south 110.00 feet of the West Half of the
South Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
said Section 33.

The South 110.00 feet of the West Half of the South Half of the South Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 118, Range 22
except the east 300.00 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof : Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils
