Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re u�lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on tie

Councilman Hunt introauced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 10. 77- 732
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
10TH AVENUE BETWEEN NATHAN LANE AND SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
PROJECT NO. 826
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 10th Avenue between Nathan Lane and South
Shore Drive, and Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 8th Avenue by the install-
ation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewe-- 9 -ton bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, and to assess the be,�,-;rad property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvements, purs, Eo Minnesota Statutes Sections
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953. Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and he is instructed to report tf, ;.he
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as
to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be
made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregc ng Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde__ Councilman _Hunt_ NAilq
and Seibold
