Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on Te
19th daffy of December , 19 77. The following members were
present: Ma or�Hi de ouncilmen Hunt Neils and Seibold

Councilman Seibold introduced the follot.ing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 727
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR BIRCH BRIAR EAST FOR NORMAN P. J,ARNES
(A-754)
WHEREAS, Norman P. Jarnes has requested approval of the final plat for Birch Briar
East, a plat for single family residential development consisting,;of five lots
and located west of Vicksburg Lane and southeast of 8th Avenue North and a development
contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Norman P. Jarnes
for final plat approval of Birch Briar East, a plat for single family residential
development consisting of five single family lots and located west of Vicksburg Lane
and s,jutheast of 8th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
