Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoul ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Min ota was held on the
19th day of December , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi e, CounciliFen Hunt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 725
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR GLEASON LAKE ADDITION
FOR CHARLES VANEECKHOUT (A-196)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Gleason Lake Addition as requested by Charles VanEeckhout;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Incorporation of the 30 ft. trail corridor south of Lot 7, Block 2 into said
Lot 7.
2. Park dedication shall consist of 0.92 acres trail corridor and storm water
drainage easements below elevation 947.
3. Complinace with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowIng voted n favor t ereo Mayor Hilde,. Councilmen t1int. Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly 01RIedand adopted.
