Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Meld on the
19th day of Decgmbber , 19_ZL. The following members were
present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION #77-724
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GLEASON LAKE ADDITION FOR CHARLES
VANEECKHOUT (A-196)
WHEREAS, Charles VanEeckhout has requested approval of the final plat for Gleason
Lake Addition, a plat for single family residential development consisting of 18 lots
located at the southeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 6 and a development
contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
•NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Charles VanEeckhout
for final plat approval of Gleason Lake Addition, a plat `,)r single family residential
development consisting of 18 lots located at the southeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and
County Road 6.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pused and adopted.
