Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-723
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "CEDAR VIEW ESTATES" FOR CLIFFORD OTTEN (A-705)
WHEREAS, Clifford Otten has requested preliminary plat approval of "Cedar View
Estates", a plat proposed for residential single family development located at
the southeast corner of Ranchview Lane and County Road 15; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Clifford Otten for
preliminary plat approval of "Cedar View Estates", a plat proposed for residential
single family development located at the southeast corner of Ranchview Lane and County
Road 15 subject to the following conditions:
b1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Park Dedication fees shall be fees -in -lieu not to exceed $150 per lot.
FURTHER, that variances be granted for lot width at front setback for Lots 3, 4, 5,
7 and 8 due to the shape of the parcel and prohibited access to County Road 15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hu t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
