Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was Fief owe
19th day of December , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
i5v--ed its adoption:
RESOLUTION q77-721
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR RPUD 77-6, "ZACHARY HILLS" FOR MARVIN H. AND'RS601 (A-778)
WHEREAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction has requested approval of a Concept Plan
for RPUD 77-6, "Zachary Hills" located south of the Soo Line Tracks, west of Zachary
Lane and east of Schmidt Lake; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MTNNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Marvin H. Anderson
Construction for approval of a Concept Plan for RPUD 77-6, "Zachary Hilts," located
south of the Soo Line Tracks, west of Zachary Lane and east of Schmidt Lake subject
to the following conditions:
1. Elimination of the townhouse development concept north of 49th Avenue North.
2. The Concept Plan shall be limited to 253 total dwelling units on 101 acres.
3. Public street alignments shall be coordinated with those o.the Deerwood Meadows
plat to the south.
4. All street names shall coincide with the City Street Naming System.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In Favor thereof* Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and
Seibold
