Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of December , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Counpil
The following members were absent: None -
Councilman -
Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-717
APPROVING 1978 SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration program for
employees of the City not represented by organized collective bargaining agencies;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided this
Council with a report dated December 5, 1977 in which has has recommended the
adoption of the salary adjustment guide chart for 1978 and salary plans consistent
with the salary administration program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 1978 salary adjustment guide chart as submitted by the City
Manager be and the same is hereby approved, effective December 31, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the office, professional -technical and administrative -
management salary plans as submitted by the City Manager in his report dated
December 5, 1977 be and the same are hereby approved, effective December 31, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following- vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted,
