Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of December , 1977 . The following members were
present= Mayor Hilde, Counce men Hunt Nems Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-714
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR
PERIOD ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 1977
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending November 30, 1977 was
presented to the Council for approval:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements for the following
funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $ 263,153.96
Construction Fund 105,413.87
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 27,250.16
Sewer Fund 90,868.01
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 194,943.68
GRAND TOTALS ALL FUNDS $ 681,629.68
Above totals for the period ending November 30, 1977
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
T01lowing voted n avor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt- Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pssed and adopted.
