Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was a on e
5th day of December 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor i e, ounce men un Nems, Seibold and Spaeth
The following me ers were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-713
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5
PROJECT 1977 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 5 in the amount of $12,362.41 to N.D.H., Inc. for Project 1977 Street Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils,
ibo d and Spaeth
The following vote against or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pmed and adopted,
