Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _res meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of December , 1977 . The following members were

�oyncilman Hunt- introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-712
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 605-001
CSAH 6 WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 2 in the amount of $32,483.30 to North Central Underground, Inc. for Project
No. 605-001, CSAH 6 Watermain improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In favor thereof: Mayor Hi1de, Cnuncilmen Hent_ Npi1c.
