Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-710
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WESTMINSTER ADDITION (A-717)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 13, 1977,
B -T Land Company, developer of Westminster Addition (A-717), have agreed to
install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the gravel base, concrete
curb and gutter and site grading, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Letter of Credit, dated October 7, 1977, in the amount of
$231,968.00 (Midland National Bank No. LC 2984) which was reduced to $99,629.00
on November 21, 1977 is further reduced to:
