Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of December , 1977 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and 5 aeth

Council n Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
nave its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-709
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BG14D
TIMBER CREEK (A-739)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract dated October 17, 1977,
Saratoga Development and Jopp Construction, the developers of the Timber Creek
Addition (A-739), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development,
and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the grading of the streets and site grading
for said development and has requested that his bond be reduced to reflect said
10 completed work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the private improvements for the Timber Creek Addition (A-739)
are hereby reduced from $13,550.00 to $4,450.00 to reflect the completed site
grading work.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
