The following members were present: ARR were absent: Wnna RAR Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved is tion: RESOLUTION NO. 77-707 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW (A-199) RAA WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 16, 1977, Carlson Companies, developer of Plymouth Creekview Addition (A-199), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a letter to his consulting engineer dated November 23, 1977, outlining the improvements that have been constructed to date, and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work as outlined in said letter of November 23, 1977 from McCombs - Knutson Associates, Inc., and WHEREAS, the said engineer has inspected said work and concludes that a reduction of the bond is in order, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the development contract bonding requirements for the Carlson Properties Plymouth Creekview (A-199) be reduced as follows: ITEMS Site Grading Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Streets Boulevards & Drainage Swales Street Signs Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance & Erosion Sediment Control Plan BALANCE OF WORK TO BE DONE $ 0.00 3,000.00 1,500.00 0.00 32,600.00 8,400.00 600.00 3,000.00 5,000.00 TOTAL OF BALANCE OF WORK TO BE DONE: $54,100.00 Resolution N 77-707 Page 2 That the Letter of Credit be reduced from the original amount of $154,200.00 to the new amount of $54,100.00 to reflect the completed work.
