HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-706• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of December. 1977 . The following members were present: Mayor Hi e, Councilmen Hunt, _Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Nnnp Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-706 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SMALL APPLIANCE SALES AND SERVICE FOR ALL -STATE INTERNATIONAL, INC. (A-513) WHEREAS, All -State International, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit for a small appliance sales and service business proposed to be located on County Road 18 north of 34th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of All -State Inter- national, Inc. for a conditional use permit for a small appliance sales and service business on County Road 18 north of 34th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Signs shall be limited to the type, size and location now existing on the site. 2. Outside storage of inventory, waste or waste containers shall be prohibited. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
