Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-704
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING LOTS FOR HENRY FABER AND JOHN MILLER

WHEREAS, Henry Faber and John Miller have requested a lot division and consolidation
of existing parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation
are approved by Hennepin County:

Drive and south of RLS #599 excepting roadway, except the southerly 99 feet thereof.
Parcel B
The South 99 feet of that part of Government Lot 6 of Section 23, Township 118,
Rance 22 described as follows: Con-iencing at a point on the West line of said
Government Lot 6 equal distant between the North and South line of said Government
Lot 6; thence East on a line equal distant between the North line and the South line
of said Government Lot 6 1563.04 feet; thence Northeasterly deflecting to the North
29 degrees 9 minutes to the shore of Medicine Lake; thence Southerly along the shore

line of said Medicine Lake to the South line of said Government Lot 6; thence West
along the South.line of said Government Lot 6 to the West line of said Government
Lot 6; thence North along the best line of said Government Lot 6 to the place of
beginning; which lies easterly of the centerline of West Medicine Lake Drive also
known as County Road 154.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CounciljQn Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
