RESOLUTION #77-702
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR GEORGE A. JACKSON & ASSOCIATES
(METROQUIP) (A-746)
WHEREAS, George A. JaO .,on & Associates (Metroquip) has requested a division of
unplatted property within the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Description
43727 3500 Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The North one-half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; Subject
to any easements and restrictions of record.

The South one-half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject
to easements and restrictions of record, if any.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councj 5eibod , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
