Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a pt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-699
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER G-3 FOR FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, the architects for Fire Station No. 2 have requested that the Council
reconfirm its approval of Change Order G-1 in the amount of $442.75 and approve
Change Order G-3 in the amount of $383.65;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Orders G-1 and G-3 for Fire Station No. 2, Project No. 608,
be and the same are hereby approved in the amounts as indicated below:
Change Order G-1 $442.75
Change Order G-3 383.65
with the total revised contract totalling $217,815.40.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
tollowling voted n avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils.

HENN EPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to o ue cell and notice thereof, a regular
meet4ng of the Council of the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, was duly nela at the Council Chambers, 149OU-C 23rd
Al,enue North, in the City of Plymouth, on Monday, December 5,
1977, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Al Hilde, Jr.
Councilmen Howard L. Hunt, Margin E. Seibold, John M. Spaeth
and the following were absent: Councilman G. t[. Neils

The !Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for
the consideration of the rias which had been received for the
purchase of $3,10U,00U General Obligation Improvement bonds of
1977, as advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented
affidavits showing publication of notice of sale in the official
newspaper and in Commercial west, a financial paper published in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, which

affidavits were examined ana found satisfactory and oraereb
placed on file.
The City Clerk presented the sealed bias which had been
received by the Clerk prior to the time specified in the notice
of sale, which were then opened and tabulated. Such bids were as
follows:
