Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M-innesota was held or ;;he
28th day of November 19 77. The following ;,--embers were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and S g., r.
The following members were absent: None
councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move i is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-698
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR
JIM ANDERSON (A-776)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Jim Anderson
by Resolution #77- 697;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. All additional sewer and water lateral charges be paid by owner.
2. All additional sewer and water stubs be at owner's expense.
3. Drainage easements 6 ft. on either side of the new property line be provided
to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote !.n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
