Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None *** tom* *** Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 697 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR JIM ANDERSON OF PLATTED PROPERTY (A-776) WHEREAS, Jim Anderson has requested a consolidation/division of his property loca- ted within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following consolidation/ division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation/division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition 44080 3900 16 2 Elmhurst Gateway 2nd 44080 4000 17 2 Elmhurst Gateway 2nd To be consolidated and divided into two new parcels as follows: Parcel A That part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, Elmhurst Gateway 2nd Addition lying Southwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 17 distant 100.05 feet Northeasterly along said Northerly line from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 17 to a point on the Southerly line of Lot 16 distant 103.67 feet Northeasterly along said Southerly line of Lot 16 from the most Southerly corner of said Lot 16. Parcel B That part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, Elmhurst Gateway 2nd Addition lying Northeasterly of a line drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 17 distant 100.05 feet Northeasterly along said Northerly line from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 17 to a point on the Southerly line of Lot 16 distant 103.67 feet Northeasterly along said Southerly line of Lot 16 from the most Southerly corner of said Lot 16. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted In favor thereof, Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. TgiHo flowing voted against ora sta ne . Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
