Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Feld on the
28th day of November , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-696
DENYING REQUEST OF WAYNE H. FLECK FOR LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY (A-777)
WHEREAS, Wayne H. Fleck has requested a lot division of platted property within
the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, deny the request of Wayne H. Fleck for
lot division of platted property based on the finding that the resulting parcels
would be substantially deficient in lot area per the Zoning Ordinance and also
deficient in lot area with respect to the majority of the parcels in the immediate
neighborhood.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng voted n Favor thereof; Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
