moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-692
SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE
APPROVAL
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from the
following has been presented to the City Council for approval, in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code:
David Thomas Company, Inc.
7726 Morgan Ave. S.
Mpls., MN 55423
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Small Disposal System License be approved
for the above applicant for a period to expire April 30, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
