Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of November , 1977 . The following members were
present: Actino Mayor Hut CouncilMgn Neils. Seibold and Spag-th

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-691
RENEWAL OF CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSE
WHEREAS, Elmer J. Peterson Co. has made application for Cesspool Pumping
License renewal, which application has been presented to the City Council
for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Elmer J. Peterson Co. for
Cesspool Pumping License is hereby approved for a period to expire July 31,
1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon Vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted In rayor thereof; Actina Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils,
Seibold d Sgagth
