Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
21st day of November , 1977 . The following members were
Present: acting Mayornuncilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-686
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 for the mechanical contractor for the City Hall
building project has been prepared by Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 1 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $1,215.00 to Horowitz
Mechanical, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by n ib d and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote 3n avor t ereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
gainst or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly`pas ed and adopt -e .
