Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-685
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 for the general contractor for the City Hall
building project has been prepared by Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 1 General Contractor in the amount of $39,510.00 to H. P. Droher
& Sons, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
