the City Council of the City of Plymouth,uuNliesota was a on the

Councilman, Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-684
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
LANDSCAPING WATER RESERVOIR NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 605-002
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 providing for eight additional green/blue spruce
trees for the Water Reservoir No. 4 site has been prepared by the City Engineer,
and
WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project No. 605-002 is recommended for
approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1, Project No. 605-002 for eight additional
green/blue spruce trees, to Natural Green, Inc. in the amount of $760.00 is
approved, and, that the original contract price was $13,866.00 and that the
revised contract is $14,626.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
