The following members were present: Acting Mayor unt ouncilmen Neils, Se;bold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Ma vn _l de Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-678 INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the public, it is recommended that stop signs be placed at certain locations.
