HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-677• CITY OF PLYM)= • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth,`r,^innesota was held on the 21st day of November 19 77. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved isadoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-677 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING CIMARRON PONDS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on November 21, 1977. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 7, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote bei taken thereon, the following votedis favor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following *tj-wM—idrstair► Councilman Nells Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
