Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a nequIar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-676
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO WAGNER-SPRAYTECH
FOR WATERMAIN OVERSIZING
WHEREAS, Wagner-Spraytech is developing property on Fernbrook Lane north of
CSAH 6, A -File 564, and
WHEREAS, their plans included certain watermain to be constructed, and
WHEREAS, the City's Watermain Distribution Plan indicates a sixteen inch (16")
watermain across the subject property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to reimburse Wagner-Spraytech
in the amount of $4960.00 for watermain oversizing (difference between 12" and
16") for their project A -File 564, per City policy, from account number
811-811-810.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _ Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
