HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-6750 CITY OF PLYf10UTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e 21st day of November , 19 77 . The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor HiIde Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 675 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT PINEVIEW LANE FROM 49TH AVENUE TO SOO LINE RAILROAD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of proposed Pineview Lane from 49th Avenue to the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Sault Saint Marie Railroad by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, filed with the council on November 21, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 8 Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improve- ment as recommended. 3. The proposed project should be reviewed as to its incorporation with Project No. 806, Pineview Lane from the railroad to CSAH 47.
