HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-6740 CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a don the 21st day of November , 19 77. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 674 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ROBERT E. MIDDLEMIST 4TH ADDITION EAST OF XIMINES LANE AT 41ST AVENUE NORTH (A-735) WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested preliminary plat approval of "Robert E. Middlemist 4th Addition", a plat proposed for residential development of six single family detached lots located east of Ximines Lane at 41st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and made recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Robert Middlemist for preliminary plat approval of "Robert E. Middlemist 4th Addition", a plat proposed for residential development of six single family detached lots located east of Ximines Lane at 41st Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project. 2. Park Dedication shall be by fees -in -lieu. 3. Diseased elm trees shall be removed from the site solely at the expense of the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n faYmr thereof; Council n Neils.
