The following members were present:meni seSeibold and Spaeth The following me were members a nits: Mayor Hilde Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 672 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR OFFICE/WAREHOUSE MULTI -TENANT STRUCTURE FOR CRAWFORD-MERZ (A-768) WHEREAS, Crawford -Merz has requested site plan approval of a 19,400 sq. ft. structure for office/warehouse multi -tenant use to be located at County Road 18 Service Drive south of 10th Avenue North per plans dated November 2, 1977; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Crawford -Merz for site plan approval of a 19,400 sq. ft. structure for office/warehouse multi -tenant use to be located at County Road 18 Service Drive south of 10th Avenue North per plans dated November 2, 1977 subject to the following conditions: 1. Complaince with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Outside storage of waste and waste containers shall be prohibited. 3. Petitioner shall provide security for site plan improvements per code for 18 months. 4. Park Dedication fees -in -lieu shall be $835.00. FURTHER, that a variance be granted from 15 ft. to 0 ft. for the north parking setback due to the combined nature of the two adjoining sites under the Crawford -Merz ownership. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof; Councilmen t. Neils.
