Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MNnnesota was held on t e
21st day of November , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor HiIde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-670
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-771)
WHEREAS, the City Council has app-oved a lot division for Carlson Properties by
Resol ui i on #77-669;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to
be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Provision of written easement to the City for utilities and drainage 6 ft. from
either side of the new property line.
2. Any new water and sewer connections shall be at petitioner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cguncilmag Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
