Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-669
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR CARLSON COMPANIES (A-771)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested a lot division of platted property within
the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:

That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
according to the recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of the westerly line of
Outlot B of said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION and its southerly extension. Except
that part which lies southerly and easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1; thence
on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along
the east line of said Lots land 2 a distance of 1654.50 feet to the
point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West
675.00 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Outlot B. said point
hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence continue South 89 degrees 38
minutes 22 seconds West 75.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38
seconds East to the southerly line of said Lot 2 and there terminating. ALSO:
Excepting therefrom that part described as follows:
Beginning at aforementioned Point A; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes
22 seconds West 15.00 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on the westerly
line of said Outlot B, distant 140.00 feet northerly from the point of
beginning; thence southerly along said westerly line to the point of
beginning.

according to the recorded plat thereof, lying northerly of the following described
line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1, thence on an
assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the east
line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 1654.50 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 675.00 feet to a point on the
westerly line of Outlot B, said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, said point herein-
after referred to as Point A; thence continue South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22
seconds West to the westerly line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
Excepting therefrom that part described as follows:
Beginning at aforementioned Point A; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22
seconds West 15.00 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on the westerly line
of said Outlot B, distant 140.00 feet northerly from the point of beginning;
thence southerly along said westerly line to the point of beginning.

according to the recorded plat thereof, lying southerly of the following described
line:

bearing of South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the east line of
said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 1654.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence South
89 degrees, 38 minutes 22 seconds West 750.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred
to as Point A; thence continue South 89 degrees 18 minutes 22 seconds West to
the westerly line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
Excepting therefrom that part lying easterly of the following described line:

The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
