Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hela on the
7th day of November 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Aid e, Councilmen Hunt—Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 663
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAfMENT NO. 1
LANDSCAPING FOR RESERVOIR NO. 4 - PROJECT NO. 605-002
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by the City Engineer and
is recommended for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $12,479.40 to Natural Green, Inc. for
Project No. 605-002, Landscaping for Water Reservoir No. 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by 5 nc 1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
