Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of

the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 2 esota was a on the
7th day of November , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hide, Counci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mmnbers were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-659
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment '11o. 7 for the General Contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 7 General Contractor in the amount of $13,639.00
to W. H. Cates Construction Company for Fire Station No. 2 Building Project
No. 608.
The motion for the adoiDtion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibol , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passia and adopted.
